Krista Baty, BSN, MHA, RN

Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Baty graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1992. She later earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2006. She has 28 years of nursing experience which include leadership roles in Surgery, Medical/Surgical, and ICU. She joined Hendrick in July 2020 as an Assistant CNO with recent CNO experience at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, Scott & White Medical Center Round Rock and Texas Health Presbyterian in Kaufman, Texas.

Erich Wallschlaeger, FACHE

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wallschlaeger earned bachelors’ degrees in accounting and in finance from the University of Colorado in 1994. He joined Hendrick Health with nearly three decades of financial experience, spending the last 11 years as chief financial officer for Cedar Park Regional Medical Center in Cedar Park, Texas. Prior to his role at Cedar Park, he worked in multiple hospitals across Texas, Arizona and New Mexico in administrative CFO capacities.

Jory Lee, BA, RT, (R), (CT)

Chief Operating Officer
Jory began his career at Hendrick in 1998 as lead CT radiographer and became the Radiology Manager in 2012. Prior to serving Brownwood, he was the Abilene Market Director for Hendrick Radiology Services, focusing on program development and team management. Jory became HMC Brownwood assistant chief operating officer in July 2022. He was named Chief Operating officer for HMC Brownwood in September 2023.

Jessica Connell, MSN, RN

Chief Nursing OfficerJessica began her career at Hendrick Medical Center in 2008 as a Patient Care Technician. Prior to serving in Brownwood, she was Hendrick Health director for Centralized Support Services. Jessica became HMC Brownwood assistant chief nursing officer in July 2022. She was named Chief Nursing Officer for HMC Brownwood in September 2023.
