Occupational Health Services

We offer these services through One Source Health Center in Early. This facility strives to maximize the wellness of employees from all over our area, and to minimize work-related injury expenses by providing specific, individualized illness and injury prevention, treatment and rehab services to our patients.

Services available at the clinic include:

• Post-offer medical exams
• Drug screens
• Evidentiary breath alcohol screens
• After-hours post-accident testing
• Audiometry
• Pulmonary function testing
• EKGs
• DNA collection site
• Blood drawing
• Hair follicle drug screens

Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

For contracted customers of the Occupational Medicine program, 24 hour testing is available for accidents that may occur.
