We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Payment can be made in person at Hendrick Service Center (4310 Buffalo Gap Road inside the Mall of Abilene) or at any of the admissions areas or pay online.
If you are unable to pay your bill in full, whether you are paying your patient portion after insurance or you are uninsured, we ask that you please call 325-670-4160 to speak to a financial counselor about resource assistance.
Any personal overpayments will be refunded within 30 days.
Hendrick Health Business Services bills and collects in a timely manner for services provided by Hendrick Medical Center, adhering to all billing and collection rules established by Medicare, Medicaid, third party carriers and all local, state and federal government agencies.
Business Services staff members are administrative professionals trained in the complexities of hospital and/or physician billing and collection.
