Hendrick Imaging Center offers new preregistration process

Hendrick Health is offering a new preregistration process for Hendrick Imaging Center appointments, effective March 26, 2025. By using Virtual Intake Management℠(VIM), patients will have the ability to complete registration privately and conveniently prior to their appointment.

VIM is in response to a growing need for a convenient, digital patient experience in healthcare. For ease of use, there are no apps to download and no username or password to remember (or forget). Hendrick Health is working hard to ensure this change is as simple and intuitive as possible for patients.

Here is what patients can expect from the VIM registration process:

1. Patients will receive a previsit text from 972-521-4333 or an email with a secure link to VIM to complete forms.
2. Prior to the appointment, patients will receive helpful reminders and pre-arrival instructions, if applicable.
3. Upon arriving at the facility on the day of the appointment, patients will use their mobile devices to let staff know they have arrived. In response, patients will receive instructions on where to go next, all from their mobile device.

If the patient prefers not to complete the preregistration steps digitally, the Hendrick Health staff will be happy to assist on the day of the appointment. For manual registration, patients will be asked to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time to have adequate time to complete it.
