Hendrick Health to host free “Medicare Basics” informational programs in Abilene, Brownwood

Hendrick Health is hosting free community events in Abilene and Brownwood on the differences and benefits of Medicare plans.

“Medicare Basics” is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 10 from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. in Volunteer Hall at the Hendrick Service Center, 4310 Buffalo Gap Road (Mall of Abilene) in Abilene. Enter Hendrick Service Center through the East Entry. To register for the free informational program in Abilene, call 325-670-7787.

In Brownwood, “Medicare Basics” will be Friday, Oct. 11 from 2 – 3 p.m. in Surgery Waiting Room at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood, 1501 Burnet Road. Call 325-649-3394 to register for the Brownwood event.

After a brief presentation, Hendrick Health representatives will be available to answer questions.

Medicare Annual Enrollment begins Oct. 15.
