Dr. Victor Hirsch Retiring Notice

Dr. Victor Hirsch is retiring from Hendrick Walker Cancer Center and will no longer be practicing clinical medicine, effective July 14, 2023. 

If you would like to continue your care with Hendrick Walker Cancer Center, you will not be required to do anything further. Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood will provide a medical oncologist/hematologist onsite. You are special to the staff and they will continue to support you. If you choose to travel for your oncology/hematology needs, we have included a list of Hendrick Clinic providers available in Abilene to assume your care. If you wish to continue with a Hendrick Walker Cancer Center provider, your medical records will remain with Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood.

Your medical records are confidential. If you choose a provider outside of Hendrick Health, a copy may be obtained by completing a medical records request form and returned to the Medical Records/Health Information Management Department at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood.
