Hendrick Health earns recognition from Texas Workforce Solutions

Hendrick Health was recently recognized statewide for its employee-related efforts and initiatives. Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas named Hendrick as its 2022 Local Employer of Excellence for West Central Texas. In addition, Workforce Solutions chose Hendrick to represent the area as its nomination for the Large Employer of the Year Award. This nomination required that organizations have the resources available for employees that include, but not limited to: training and retaining employees, child care solutions, on-the-job training, creativity of enhancing employee skills, creating new jobs within the organization, and partnerships with schools and the local workforce education and development programs.
