Dr. Susan Stafford will no longer be practicing with Hendrick Clinic Colorectal Surgery, effective February 17, 2023. 

If you would like to continue your treatment at Hendrick Clinic, you can request to have your services transferred to Hendrick Clinic General Surgery. Click here to view a list of Hendrick Clinic physicians.

Alternatively, you may request to transfer your records to Dr. Bradley Kendrick, colorectal surgeon in Abilene.

If you choose to seek your healthcare with Dr. Kendrick or outside of the Hendrick system, please fill out the medical record request form. You may mail the form to:
