Hendrick Health schedules public hearing for HHSC and COPA reporting, Sept. 14

WHAT:
In accordance with Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s (HHSC) requirements for Hendrick Health’s Certificate of Public Advantage (COPA), Hendrick Health will hold its annual COPA Public Hearing to allow testimony from the public regarding its acquisition of Hendrick Medical Center South (formerly Abilene Regional Medical Center).

If testifying in person, all attendees must check-in through Hendrick Medical Center’s Shelton Building’s designated screening station at 2000 Pine St. Photo identification is required to obtain a visitor’s badge upon entrance. Limited space is available. Masks and social distancing are required at all times if appearing in person.
