Hendrick encourages community to enroll in Marketplace health plan during special enrollment period

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently determined that the COVID-19 pandemic presents exceptional circumstances for consumers in accessing health insurance, and has opened a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for individuals/families to enroll in a Marketplace Health Plan, Feb. 15 - May 15, 2021.

Because the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in unexpected and unprecedented challenges, including new health concerns, Hendrick Health is encouraging community members who are currently without health insurance to enroll in using the HealthCare.gov platform.
