Hendrick Health named 2020 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award Winner

Hendrick Health has been recognized as one of the most engaged workplace cultures in the world, earning the 2020 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for the 14th consecutive year. Hendrick is one of two organization worldwide that have received the award, formerly known as the Gallup Great Workplace Award, every year since its creation.
The elite group of 38 award recipients have all built cultures where employees want to come to work, are driven by the organization’s mission and purpose and have opportunities for learning and development. Hendrick joins this distinguished group of organizations that average a ratio of 17.5 engaged employees to one actively disengaged employee.
