Public Entrances
Public access into Hendrick Medical Center will be restricted to three entrances.
- Parker / Main Entrance - 1900 Pine St. (5:30 a.m. - 11 p.m.)
- Shelton Building - 2000 Pine St. (Mon-Fri; 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Jones Building - 1924 Pine St. (Mon-Fri; 5 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
Emergency Department
The Emergency Department entrance is open for emergencies only. If you feel you are having a medical emergency, please proceed to the Emergency Department.
Visitation
Visiting hours: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Dining
The Archway Cafe
Our cafeteria, The Archway Café, offers food stations for every appetite. During daily hours of 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., we serve a variety of choices, including:
- SMOKEHOUSE, barbeque selection
- WORLD, made-to-order cuisine from around the world
- SIZZLE, made-to-order grill classics
- CRISP, a variety of salads and fresh fruits and vegetables
- HOME, home-cooked dishes and sides
- GO, prepackaged sandwiches and salads for those in a hurry
- JAVA CITY, six freshly brewed gourmet coffees offered each day
First Perk Coffee Cafe
Welcome to First Perk Coffee Café, located in the main entrance lobby. Proceeds from First Perk benefit Hendrick projects designated by the Hendrick Medical Center Auxiliary.
First Perk offers a variety of Starbucks® drinks such as frappuccinos®, lattes, macchiatos, freshly-brewed coffee Teavana® Tea and Refreshers®. Mrs. Fields® cookies, muffins and brownies are baked fresh daily for your enjoyment. For more information, call 325-670-2662.

Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A is located at Hendrick Medical Center (1900 Pine) in the Jones Building. Chick-fil-A serves all your favorites—Chick-n-Minis, sandwiches, nuggets, grilled chicken wraps, market salads, lemonade, waffle fries and soft serve ice cream. Iced and regular coffee is served, as well.

Friday: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Wireless Internet Access
In order to better fulfill the needs of our patients and their families, Hendrick Medical Center is pleased to provide you with free public wireless internet. Our wireless network supports 802.11b/g devices. The wireless coverage includes the main hospital, League House, the Shelton Building, Hendrick Center for Rehabilitation, Hendrick Hospice Care and Hendrick Health Club. Most wireless devices automatically discover wireless access points and allow you to connect. If you have difficulty connecting, the following instructions may help you get connected.
Spiritual Support
Chaplains are available 24/7. To visit with a chaplain, call 325-670-2256 during the daytime hours. At night, during the weekend or on holidays, chaplains are available and accessible through the hospital operator at 325-670-2000. The department office is located on the second floor of the Collier Wing, Room 2735.
The Chapel
Located on the second floor of the Collier Wing close to the Critical Care Unit.
ATM
Located in the Parker Wing’s main entrance.
Hendrick League House
Providing comfortable, convenient lodging for those with loved ones receiving inpatient care or outpatient services in one of Hendrick Health’s facilities. Please call 325-670-4430 to make a reservation.
