Medical Record Management
Each Member of the Medical Staff is expected to comply with the requirements concerning the satisfactory completion of medical records according to the CMS Conditions of Participation.
The medical record shall at a minimum contain sufficient information to identify the patient, support the diagnosis, justify the admission and continued hospitalization, document the course and results and promote continuity of care among healthcare providers.
