Recredentialing Education for Physicians
In order to comply with CMS requirements, OSHA regulations and The Joint Commission's standards, and to ensure pertinent guidelines are reviewed. Each Hendrick Medical Staff member must complete these education modules during the recredentialing process. The information in these modules is limited to the required elements. After completion, you must fill out the verification and completion form certifying that you have completed the required education modules. If you need to complete the annual education modules at a later time, please take note of the module that you just completed and the keep the page's URL for reference.
