ProCare

The health and safety of our employees is important to us. Hendrick strives to provide a safe working environment for our employees, however, accidents do occasionally occur on the job. Hendrick provides the ProCare Program to ensure that should you be injured on the job, you will receive the medical attention you need and the assistance required to help you recover as quickly as possible.

Employees have 48 hours to file an incident report after experiencing a work related illness or injury. Incident reports should be filed using the Event Management System (RL) on the main page of the Hendrick Hub. If you are unable to access the Hendrick Hub please email ProCare@hendrickhealth.org or call 325-670-3314 and a paper incident form will be emailed to you. Following an incident, notify your supervisor AND ProCare or House Nursing Supervisor, if after-hours. Do not direct your own care, medical treatment must be approved by ProCare or the House Nursing Supervisor, if after-hours, except in the case of emergency.
