Employee Benefits at Hendrick

Hendrick offers a variety of affordable benefits to our employees and their families. All full-time and part-time with benefits employees are eligible for benefits coverage the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Hendrick Health and its affiliates.

Paid Leave

  • Cash Time Off (CTO) – CTO is a flexible benefit plan available to full-time and part-time with benefits employees that combines traditional days off such as vacation, holidays and sick time into one program. Hours are accrued based on tenure and hours worked per pay period.
  • Extended Illness Bank (EIB) –EIB is a benefit plan available to full-time employees that may be accessed for extended time away from work for personal illness or injury, or family illness or injury. Hours are accrued based on tenure and hours worked per pay period.
  • Bereavement Leave
  • Jury and Witness Duty Leave
  • Mission Support CTO – Hendrick assists full-time employees who choose to participate in mission efforts by providing up to 40 hours of CTO per calendar year.
  • Organ and blood marrow donation support - Hendrick will assist full-time employees who choose to donate an organ or bone marrow by providing cash time off benefits.

Life Insurance

  • Basic Group Life Insurance – Full-time employees are provided with this company paid Basic Group Life Insurance at the value of one and one-half times the employee’s annual base salary. This benefit also includes coverage for accidental death and dismemberment.

Retirement

Retirement Plans are available through Fidelity, with 403(b), 401(k) and 457(b) plans available. Full-time employees receive up to three percent matching contributions upon employment for the 403(b) or 401(k).
