About This Event
Details:This event registration is for classes at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood.
The Breastfeeding Course prepares the expectant mother and her support person for the breastfeeding experience. This class is taught by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant dedicated to assisting you to meet your breastfeeding goals. All women considered breastfeeding are encouraged to attend.
In this class, you will receive information regarding:
- How Breastfeeding Works
- Latch & Positioning
- When to Feed Your Baby
- Getting Enough Milk
- Breast Care
- Breastfeeding Lifestyle
All classes are offered free of charge through The BirthPlace at Hendrick.
